New too this blogging thing!

Well today is the first day of my Blog, over the last year I have been following more and more Blogs written by people with the same passions and interests as myself,  and I wanted to get involved.
I trained in Textile Art at Winchester and have being stitching all my life, I love it, I feel twitchy if I dont have a project on the go.  I was mainly doing free-style machine embroidery

But in the last few years have gone more in to applique and hand embroidery

and at the moment am experimenting with needlepoint, as long as it envolves thread and fabric, I am happy.
Ok so lets see how that looks on my NEW blog, how exciting!!!!!
