a scarlet glut, any ideas?

Well this is my third picking of red currants!
And as you can see the bushes still dont look like they have been touched!

But my problem is what to do with them all?  So far have made redcurrant jam (right side of shelf), still have jelly left over from last year and also have two bottles of redcurrant Shrub (a fruity liqueur great with orange juice) on the the rack.
So I am going to have to get googling, or if any one wants any red currants please let me know!!!!!
